What you need

• Soft measuring tape.

• Mirror

• Undergarment to accurately measure

4 Measurements:

Step 1: Shoulders - Stretch tape from tips of the shoulders. Take measurement.

Step:2 Bust - Wrap tape around the fullest area of your chest going under the arms. Take measurement.

Step:3 Waist - Wrap tape around the slimmest part of your waist. Take measurement

Step:4 Hips - Wrap tape around the fullest area of your hips (including your bum). Take measurement.
