How do I know which size to order?

We include detailed measurements on each size of the items. Please measure your body and follow the measurements to see which size would work best.

Do you do group discounts?

We do not offer group discounts at this time.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please send a few pictures to support@arborandco.com and explain the situation. We will respond with a way to remedy the situation.

Can I change the address on my order?

If your order has not been sent out, then email support@arborandco.com and include the address that you need it sent to. We will update it and let our warehouse team know.

Do you ever get new bridesmaid dress colors?

We will be adding new bridesmaid dress colors typically twice a year. In the spring and in the fall.

Do you ever restock existing colors?

Yes! Our seasonal dresses will not be restocked, but our other colors will be restocked consistently.

How do I order a gift card?

When you purchase a gift card online, you will be emailed the code to use online. You can use that code on our website or send it to others to use as well. Sometimes that email is sent to your spam inbox so make sure to check there after you purchase it. You will not be sent a physical gift card in the mail.

What should I do if the wedding is canceled?

Is there a way to see the color of the dress before ordering?

We have color swatches that you are able to purchase and receive a piece of the fabric in the mail.

Orders/Returns

What is your return policy?

  • In-Store: 14 days for in-store credit or exchange.
  • Online: You have 14 days after you receive your order to ship it back to Arbor & Co and we will refund you for the item(s).
  • The items must have all original tags on them, be unwashed, and unworn with no makeup stains on the items.

How do I return my online order?

To process a return please send your unwanted items to the following address: ATTN: Arbor & Co Returns 1070 S. 350 E. Provo, Utah 84606 Make sure to include a note with your name and order number in the package. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your order.

 

Do we pay for shipping costs to be sent back to us?

We do not reimburse shipping costs for your item to be returned to us unless the wrong item was sent to you or it was damaged when you received it.

When should I expect to see my refund?

You will get an email notification once the refund has been issued, after that please allow 1-14 business days to see that refund reflect in your bank account.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email support@arborandco.com as soon as possible to cancel it. If it has already been sent out, we are not able to cancel it.

Shipping

General Infomation

  • If we need additional information about your order, we will text/email you. We do not pay for tariffs, customs, or taxes on international orders. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.

Standard Shipping

  • This shipping option costs $8 and takes 5-7 business days for you to receive your order.

Expedited shipping

This shipping option costs $35 for smaller orders and $45 for larger orders (price will automatically be applied at checkout). We will ship these orders out by 12 PM each day.

What happens if my package says "delivered" but I cannot find it?

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost merchandise, however we advise you to reach out to our customer support team, support@arborandco.com, and they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package.
