Returning Online Orders

 

You will have 30 days to return the items for a full refund. To process a return please send your unwanted items to the following address:

Make sure to include your name and order number in the package. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your order. If the package is returned after our 30-day window or doesn’t fit into our criteria the package may be subject to denial and sent back to you OR a restocking fee will be charged. You’ll get an email notification if your returned package falls into either of these categories.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

 

 

Return Policy

 

We accept return of unworn, unwashed merchandise provided that it is returned no later than 30 days from the date of delivery and that all original tags are attached. To ensure returns are promptly processed, include with your returned item(s) the original packing slip. Alternatively, you may write your order number on the outside of the package.

 

 

Clothing Condition

 

Item(s) showing signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Arbor & Co is not responsible for item(s) damaged due to not following the proper washing instructions indicated on the clothing. We recommend all items are either
dry-cleaned or hand washed with cold water.

 

 

Shipping

 

  • Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any lost return packages.
  • Arbor & Co DOES NOT cover taxes, tariffs, customs or import fees on international packages.

Online Exchanges

 

  • We do not process online exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else, just return your item(s) and purchase the item(s) you would like through the site.
  • We will credit your card within 3 to 5 days after we receive the return to our store.
 

 

FAQ

 

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to two weeks from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After returns have been inspected for wear or use, refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase within five business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution is ultimately responsible for crediting your account once we approve a refund.

Do we pay for the shipping costs?

We do not reimburse shipping costs for your item to be returned to us unless the wrong item was sent to you or it was damaged when you received it.

Can I return my items to a store?

Yes! We are happy to return your online order in the Provo and Lehi locations. It will take a few extra days to process, but we are happy to return it.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email support@arborandco.com immediately with URGENT CANCEL ORDER in the subject line so we can get it taken care of quickly.
