I ordered with plenty of time to spare, the first dress came in damaged (lines in the velvet), but after I sent an email with a picture attached, they quickly had a new one delivered (like before I even noticed the email with a prepaid packing label for the damaged dress return). I think out of eleven bridesmaids, only two of us had damaged material (so maybe just order early jic). I am 5'5" about 118 and the small was a perfect length. I like my neck line a tad higher than the snap, but I just wrapped it around and pretended the snap wasn't even there! Great customer service! Great Dress! Great wedding!
